As for your 1st order, the item was fulfilled and shipped on 11/29/2024 and arrived to the shipping address on 12/5/2025. It is possible your order fell victim to porch pirates. We recieve many problems like this during the holiday months. Nevertheless, we have shipped a 2nd item to the shipping address on record.
